NY screening March 14th

Frogtown has been selected to screen in the NewFilmaker’s NY screening series. The screening will be held Wednesday March 14th at 815PM in The Courthouse Theatre at 32 2nd Ave. NYC. I’ll be there as will Alanna Blair. If you’ll be in town please join us! I’m sure we’ll head out for drinks somewhere that evening to celebrate as well.

Columbia Gorge

Happily, in additional to the San Antonio Film Festival, we have been officially selected for another festival. The film will screen at some point during the week of August 10th at The Columbia Gorge International Film Festival in Vancouver, WA. Not much more info seems available yet, but the official website is www.angaelica.com/festivals/cgiff2011. The festival is relatively new, but I get a very good vibe from their press materials and their communication with me so far.

music

I’ve added a new page to the website with some info about and links to the rad musicians who have kindly allowed us to use their beautiful music in the film. Please check them out.

I’ve scanned all the beautiful Polaroids by Noelle O’Reilly and Karen Nakashima used in the film and added them to their own page on the site. Here are a few examples. Please do check out the rest of them. - Andy

Aaron

Aaron, our sound designer, is currently putting the finishing touches on the film and I’ve recently begun sending out the cut to a variety of festivals. Not sure what to expect, but we’ll certainly have a few screenings of our own regardless. It will be a few months before we know anything. I’ll keep you posted here. I’ve added a few new bios to the cast and crew pages. If you don’t have a bio connected to your photo please send one to me and I’ll put it up. - Andy
